Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of the Nexa platform, products, services, websites, applications, and any content, features, or tools provided by Auscera Tech LTD (“Nexa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy is a binding document that complements the Nexa Terms of Service and applies to all users. Your continued use of Nexa constitutes acceptance of this Policy.

The purpose of this Policy is to promote a safe, respectful, secure, and lawful environment within the Nexa platform. It defines permitted use and prohibits harmful, abusive, illegal, or disruptive actions that may compromise other users or our service infrastructure.

This Policy applies to all users of the Nexa Service, including but not limited to:

Unregistered visitors
Public and private messaging
Content contributions, uploads, and submissions
Interaction with community features, threads, and discovery tools

You agree to use Nexa lawfully and responsibly and shall not use the Service to engage in or promote conduct that violates applicable laws or this Policy. Permitted behavior includes:

Sharing content that complies with Nexa's guidelines and legal standards
Using Nexa's tools and resources in a manner consistent with their intended design

Encouraging or engaging in violent or unlawful behavior
Promoting discrimination, hate speech, or harmful extremism

4.2 Harassment and Abuse

Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users
Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity

4.3 Security Violations

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Nexa systems, other accounts, or restricted areas
Attempting to disrupt or degrade the performance of Nexa or other users' experience
Sharing malware, viruses, or any code intended to harm systems

4.4 Intellectual Property and Spam

Sharing content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights
Engaging in spam, automated messaging, or unsolicited promotions
Running scripts, data harvesting tools, bots, or scrapers that violate usage norms

4.5 Privacy Violations

Collecting, distributing, or exposing other users' personal data without their explicit consent
Recording or reposting private conversations without permission

4.6 Misuse of Features

Circumventing product limitations, security measures, or restrictions
Using Nexa for commercial purposes not permitted under your account tier

SECURITY AND REPORTING

You agree to:

Protect your login credentials and not share your account access
Immediately notify Nexa of security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access
Comply with any reasonable requests related to safety investigations

If you encounter or witness violations of this Policy, you are encouraged to report them through Nexa's in-app reporting tools or support channels.

ENFORCEMENT AND REMEDIES

Violation of this Policy may result in enforcement action, including but not limited to:

Removal or modification of user-generated content
Suspension or termination of accounts
Restrictions on access to features or services
Reporting of activity to appropriate legal authorities

Nexa reserves the right to take action at its discretion and in accordance with its enforcement procedures, even for conduct not explicitly listed here.

NO LIABILITY FOR USER ACTIONS

This Policy does not create any liability for Nexa for user conduct or content. Nexa does not guarantee monitoring of all activities, and enforcement actions may occur with or without notice.

POLICY CHANGES

We may revise this Policy at any time by posting a new version on our platform. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review updated policies.
